Privacy Policy

PocketPitch is operated by Eclipse Group LLC (Georgia, USA) ("we," "us"). It's a tool that helps content creators find brands, draft outreach, manage partnerships, and get paid. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions or requests: privacy@pocketpitch.app.

Who this covers

• Creators — people with a PocketPitch account.
• Brand contacts — people who reach out to a creator by filling in a form on that creator's public media-kit page (a call request or a message).

What we collect

• Creator accounts: email and a hashed password, and the content you add — profile/media-kit details, the brands in your pipeline, notes, quotes, invoices, and messages.
• Brand contacts: the name, company, email, and message you choose to submit through a creator's public form, plus the messages exchanged in that conversation.
• Basic technical data needed to run the service (e.g., request logs).

How we use it

• To run your account and the features you use.
• If you're a brand contact: to deliver your request to the creator and to email you status updates about that request (received, confirmed, a proposed time, a reply) with a link to your private conversation page. These are transactional notifications sent because you contacted the creator — not marketing.
• We use AI services to help creators draft messages and research brands. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

Email

Notification emails come from noreply@pocketpitch.app and are sent only after you submit your address to a creator. Replies to that address are not monitored — reply on your conversation page instead. We don't send marketing email.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use a small set of service providers to operate PocketPitch, including email delivery (Resend / Amazon SES), hosting, and AI drafting (Anthropic). They process data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep data while an account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account or a specific conversation/contact at any time (see below).

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing privacy@pocketpitch.app. Depending on where you live (e.g., the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights — we'll honor applicable requests.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and access is limited to what's needed to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures.

Children

PocketPitch isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll change the "last updated" date above when we do.
