Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Eclipse Group LLC (Georgia, USA), which operates PocketPitch ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using PocketPitch, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Questions: privacy@pocketpitch.app.

What PocketPitch is

PocketPitch is a tool that helps content creators find brands, draft outreach, manage partnerships and conversations, schedule content, and create invoices and a public media-kit page. It's software that assists you — it doesn't act as your agent, lawyer, or accountant.

Your account

• You're responsible for your account, your login, and everything done through it.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (and at least 13).

Your content & how you use it

• You keep ownership of the content you add (profile, pitches, media-kit, uploads). You give us permission to host and display it as needed to run the service (e.g., showing your media-kit page).
• Only upload content you have the right to use, and don't upload anything illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• PocketPitch emails brands at your direction — only after a brand submits their own contact details to you. Don't use it to send spam, harass anyone, or contact people who haven't reached out to you. You're responsible for how you communicate with brands.

AI features are suggestions, not advice

PocketPitch uses AI to help draft pitches, suggest rates, flag possible contract red flags, and gut-check offers. These are drafting aids and informational only — they are not legal, financial, or tax advice. Review everything yourself and consult a professional for important decisions. We don't guarantee any brand will respond, hire you, or pay.

Payments & money

PocketPitch helps you create invoices and share your own payment link, but we never collect or hold your money — brands pay you directly through your own payment provider. The service is free during this early period; if we introduce paid plans, we'll give notice and you can choose whether to continue.

Availability

We work to keep PocketPitch running but provide it "as is," without guarantees of uptime, and we may change or discontinue features. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using PocketPitch and ask us to delete your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.

Disclaimer & liability

To the extent allowed by law, PocketPitch is provided without warranties, and we aren't liable for lost income, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be communicated where reasonable. Continuing to use PocketPitch means you accept the updated terms.
